Step 1: Design the puppet
Step 2: Design the armature
Step 3: Measure the armature blocks
Step 4: Cut out the armature blocks and shave off excess material
Step 5: Sand the armature blocks down to the correct shape
Step 6: Carve a channel for wire hinge mouth
Step 7: Create puppet feet using wire mesh, propoxy, and ball-and-socket pieces
Step 8: Assemble the armature with twisted wire and plates made from bicycle chain
Step 9: Cover the wooden head with felt and add baked clay eyes/eyebrows
Step 9: Attach the head to the armature and sew a body out of felt, stuffing it with polyfill
Step 10: Sculpt plasticine teeth for certain mouth shapes
